1. Please tell me what interested you in an Italian Greyhound. Also, have you done any research in this breed? If so please explain.

2. Are you looking for a quality pet, or a show prospect?

3. Do you have any animals in your home or on your property? If so please explain.

4. If you do have other animals can you give me your current vet’s contact info, and may I call for a reference?

5. Have you ever given up an animal? Is so please explain.

6. Please tell me how many people live in your home? Do you have children, if so what are their ages?

7. Where will you keep a puppy/dog during the times when no one is home? How about at night?

8. Can you tell me who will be the primary care giver for your puppy/dog and how much time can they devote to housetraining, socializing, general care giving of the puppy/dog?

9. Do you have a fenced yard? If not, what plans do you have for outdoor exercise of puppy/dog?

10. Would you be willing to have a home check done?

11. Are you aware of the IGCA website? The Italian Greyhound Club of America has excellent information on this breed. www.italiangreyhound.org
